At Elyganz by Mazish, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrances, used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes

• Miniatures / testers

• Items bought on sale or promotion

• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

• After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.
